    Loosen the orientation glove of top adjustable box,it can adjust the right left position fromrunning belt. Just avoid the attrition of working plate with clean rags.
    Adjust the bolt of outbox, adjust the angle of bow and admire of running shaft, to let the belt would not falI off when testing the machine. till the belt hack and limit bearing would not attrition.
    Close the door, then the machine can start working in gear.

    Operation

    Before use, check that the power supply corresponds to that required by the machine and that the external caching wire is reliable connected.
    For very power educe line which has attach plug, should be connected to the Switch of at lease3mm touch-point distance which installed by user Rated current of the switch must be not lower than 35A
    Open the door, check that the tow meat scrapers keep close to the saw blade, the supports just the back of the saw blade.
    According to the requirement, lose the lock nut and adjust the position the meat location plate, then tighten the locating pole.
    Put the hone(or meat)between the feeding handle and the saw blade, lift the meat feeding handle by left hand, push the material to the locating plate by right hand, then push feeding handle to feed the material ahead until it is cut off.

    Attention 1: do not touch the running saw blade.

    Each time before use, clean saw blade and other working parts with water. After the job, clean carefully the machine, open the door, sweep out the crumbs of meat and bone inside the machine and clean the parts as above to ensure hygiene.

    Attention 2: It can not be cleaned by water directly.

    Replace the saw blade if the sawing speed is slow.
    If the saw blade does not work after start up of the motor make sure the cover is impressed and the electric connectors link well. (refer to the adjusting and operation.)
    Notes: this machine installed electric motor protect device, it will stop the power automatically when it overload or under reverse circles. Can be protected and let the electric motor safety, now showed be shut down the power, clean out obstination, then restart the machine after connect power.
