    II. Milling machine operation and adjustment.

    1. Open the front cover, will be moving grinding, springs,top shaft,bearings,etc. Installed.

    5. Grinding the working space must be based on the thickness of the material needed to adjust when you first release the adjustment nut, thickness by adjustment screws to adjust properly,it will tighten the adjustment nut.
    6. Dynamic adjustment of grinding, remove the moving grinding, grinding on the release of three screws, remove the spring, will move back to even-axis grinding equipment, and then adjust grinding, grinding until it coincides with the static grinding disc.

    III. Notes

    1. Each pre-boot, should check Grinding, action

    A. operation methods

    3, grinding dry and oily mixed material
    Method 1

    Method 2

    Second, change abrasive disc

    1.. remove the old mill tablet (abrasive disc have positive and negative, the static abrasive disc and dynamic abrasive disc can

    Three, running in abrasive disc

    If did not reach the fineness requirement repeat the above operation.
